Are you a Room Leader ready for the next step? We are recruiting for a unique Room Leader position that acts as a fast-track pathway to management. This role is designed for an ambitious practitioner who wants to transition into a Deputy Manager role within 12 months.

Requirements:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years.
Experience as a Room Leader, Senior Practitioner, or Third in Charge.
Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
A clear ambition to progress to Deputy Manager level.
