Crynodeb
We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Educator to join our well-established childcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5 years, supporting their learning, development, and wellbeing in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework
Support children’s physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development
Observe and assess children’s progress and maintain accurate records
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Essential Requirements:
Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
Previous nursery or early years experience working with children aged 0–5
Knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for childcare and child development
Desirable:
First Aid for Children qualification
Experience with SEND or special needs children
