Be Personnel are currently recruiting Production Assistants on behalf of our client, one of the UK’s leading Scottish Oatcake brands.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established food manufacturing business during a period of growth.
The Role
As a Production Assistant, you will be working on the production line processing oatcakes to customer specifications, using traditional methods. The role involves a variety of tasks throughout your shift and is key to maintaining high quality standards.
What’s on offer:
Competitive pay of £12.71 per hour
Overtime paid at £19.07 per hour
Full-time hours – 39 hours per week, with overtime available
Weekly pay

What we’re looking for:
Ideally, experience within a food processing or manufacturing environment
A reliable and punctual individual with a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A good level of physical capability, due to the manual nature of the role
Flexibility with working hours to meet business requirements
Shift pattern:
Rotating shift pattern
Start times between 07:00am and 08:30am
8-hour shifts, with an early finish every Friday!
