Are you an experienced Occupational health professional and established leader ready to inspire?
We’re looking for a registered health Occupational Health professional with strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, and a passion for making a difference to manage our OccWellbeing service, supporting the health and wellbeing of our workforce.
The role will be required to:
* Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards of care and service delivery weekdays 9-5.
* Advise on complex health issues, support staff wellbeing, and drive evidence-based practice.
* Oversee service development, quality governance, and policy implementation.
* Collaborate with senior leaders and partners to deliver innovative, effective solutions.
