Your new company
Hays are looking for a dedicated temporary to permanent Customer Support Expert to join our client's contact centre team based in Manchester city centre. You will be the first point of contact for customers and partners, delivering exceptional service across multiple channels including phone, email, live chat, and SMS. Your role will involve resolving queries efficiently, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing outstanding customer service.
- Respond to enquiries via email and other communication channels.
- Manage customer accounts, process payments, and investigate payment-related issues.
- Provide settlement quotes and assist with financial health and loss recovery queries.
- Support customers through end-of-contract processes and sensitive situations such as bereavement.
- Offer technical support for online account management tools.
- Perform administrative tasks including updating customer details and sending correspondence.
