We’re now looking for a Domestic Services Team Leader to join our team on a permanent basis. If you’re organised, forward-thinking, have your own vehicle, and are ready to help us maintain high standards across our schemes, we’d love to hear from you.About the role As Domestic Services Team Leader (Internally known as Domestic Coordinator), you’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards across our Independent Living Schemes in Leyland, South Ribble, Fylde, and Preston. You’ll be responsible for: Inspecting schemes to ensure cleanliness and compliance Managing a team of around 10 domestic assistants Providing day-to-day line management and support to deliver excellent service and tenant satisfaction Ensuring all activities meet Health and Safety and COSHH regulations This is an agile role, working 24 hours per week on a permanent basis, with flexibility to work remotely and attend meetings in the office as required. You’ll need to be organised, proactive, and confident managing staff across multiple sites.What We Are Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: Essential: Organised and forward-thinking, with strong prioritisation skillsExperience of managing staffFull UK driving licence and use of a carAbility to work independently and use initiative Desirable Health and Safety compliance qualification or relevant experience Experience working with older people Previous staff management experience in a similar settingWhy Progress?
