Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students with SEND, ensuring their safety and learning engagement.
  • Build trust and adapt communication to their needs, fostering classroom interaction.
  • Maintain an organised, supportive environment, aid in showcasing their work, and assist with practical tasks.
  • Provide feedback, follow child protection protocols, and help with supervision, including outings and activities.

To be considered for this role, the key requirements are as follows:

  • Possession of an Enhanced child DBS on the update service or a willingness to obtain a new one.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (Essential).
  • Previous experience in school settings is preferred.
  • Availability of 2 relevant professional references.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of students in a professional and courteous manner.
