Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour

Contract Type: Ad-hoc shifts covering sickness and holiday periods
We are seeking experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers for ad-hoc work in Nelson. This role involves multidrop deliveries (10-15 drops per day) using curtain-sided vehicles with a tail lift. You will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to multiple locations, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with all driving regulations.
Key Details- Pay: £14.00 per hour
- Hours: Guaranteed minimum of 8 hours per shift
- Start Times: Usually around 08:00
- Work Type: Ad-hoc, covering sickness and holiday periods
- Start Date: Immediate availability
- A valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Minimum 1 year of Class 2 driving experience
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Experience with multidrop deliveries (10-15 drops per day)
- Ability to operate curtain-sided vehicles and tail lifts
- Good knowledge of UK driving regulations
- Strong time management and customer service skills
