We are currently recruiting for a modern and highly ambitious primary setting located in the heart of South Yorkshire. Roles & Responsibilities-
Planning and delivering evidence-based intervention sessions, such as targeted phonics or numeracy fluency groups, for small clusters of pupils.

Assisting the Class Teacher with internal progress checks and standardised assessments to ensure accurate data collection.

Providing dedicated support to pupils with specific learning plans, carefully documenting their progress against individual targets.

Utilising school IT resources to create and adapt digital learning materials that enhance classroom engagement.

Upholding the school's positive behaviour policy consistently to promote self-regulation and a calm learning environment.

Facilitating purposeful learning activities during outdoor sessions and local educational visits.

A relevant qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (Level 3 or equivalent) is essential.

Proven experience supporting pupils within a large, high-expectation primary setting or academy environment.

Strong working knowledge of the primary curriculum, specifically within early literacy and mental arithmetic.

Competency in using classroom technology and data-entry systems for tracking pupil attainment.

A high degree of professional initiative, resilience, and reliability suitable for a fast-paced educational setting.

A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service, or a willingness to complete a new application.
