What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering targeted behaviour interventions and positive support strategies across KS3 & KS4
• Working 1:1 and in small groups with students with SEMH, ASD, or challenging behaviour
• Liaising daily with expert SENCOs, class teachers, and inclusion specialists
• Tracking progress—using data-driven approaches to measure your impact
• Modelling resilience, empathy, and restorative approaches throughout the school
• Proactively supporting whole-school wellbeing and safeguarding priorities
