Summary
We are recruiting a qualified Level 3 Key Person to join a friendly nursery in Horn Park, London. This role is ideal for an experienced Early Years professional with strong EYFS knowledge.
Key Duties:
Act as a Key Person for allocated children
Plan and deliver EYFS-based activities
Complete observations and assessments
Support children’s care, learning, and development
Build positive relationships with parents
Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures
Requirements:
Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification
Nursery experience as a Key Person
Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
