Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring customer orders are fulfilled quickly, accurately, and professionally
- Locating parts and accessories from stock or ordering from trusted suppliers
- Handling customer enquiries with confidence and excellent product knowledge
- Processing orders efficiently using internal systems
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records
- Keeping the parts department tidy, organised, and compliant
- Building strong working relationships with suppliers and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and accessories
- Confident using computer systems and databases
- Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills
