Multi-Skills Lecturer

Location: North London

Salary: £45 Per Hour

Contract: [Full-time / Part-time / Temporary / Permanent]




We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Multi-Skills Lecturer to join our team and deliver high-quality practical and theoretical teaching across a range of vocational trade skills.

The Role

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that support learners in developing practical skills, technical knowledge, and employability behaviours. Areas may include:

  • Basic construction and maintenance skills
  • Carpentry & joinery
  • Plumbing basics
  • Painting & decorating
  • Health & Safety and employability skills

You will support learners of varying abilities, ensuring progress, achievement, and a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver, and assess multi-skills programmes
  • Create inclusive and engaging learning environments
  • Track learner progress and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards
  • Support learners with progression into further training or employment
About You
  • Industry experience across multiple trade areas
  • Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Passion for supporting and motivating learners
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Health & Safety practices
