We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Multi-Skills Lecturer to join our team and deliver high-quality practical and theoretical teaching across a range of vocational trade skills.
You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that support learners in developing practical skills, technical knowledge, and employability behaviours. Areas may include:
- Basic construction and maintenance skills
- Carpentry & joinery
- Plumbing basics
- Painting & decorating
- Health & Safety and employability skills
You will support learners of varying abilities, ensuring progress, achievement, and a positive learning experience.
- Plan, deliver, and assess multi-skills programmes
- Create inclusive and engaging learning environments
- Track learner progress and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards
- Support learners with progression into further training or employment
- Industry experience across multiple trade areas
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for supporting and motivating learners
- Up-to-date knowledge of Health & Safety practices
