Salary: £45 Per Hour
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Plumbing Lecturer to join our teaching team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality training to learners studying plumbing and related construction courses, helping them develop both practical skills and technical knowledge.
- Plan and deliver engaging theory and practical plumbing lessons
- Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and learning materials
- Ensure a safe workshop and classroom environment
- Support learners with varying abilities and learning needs
- Contribute to course development and quality improvement
- Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Plumbing or a related trade
- Relevant industry experience in plumbing
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Passion for education and learner development
- Assessor or IQA qualification
- Experience teaching apprentices or college learners
- Knowledge of current industry standards and regulations
