Customer Service Advisor needed in Liverpool Paying £14.93 per hr ref OR20005

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries related to Occupational Therapy and Minor Adaptations.
Manage individual enquiries, complaints, and customer requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Provide administrative support to the team, helping achieve service targets and deliver best value.
Maintain confidentiality in line with data protection and information governance requirements.
Assist in delivering a customer-focused service and attend meetings as required.
Escalate issues to senior managers when necessary and support wider team objectives.
Work collaboratively with professionals, community resources, and other stakeholders to ensure services meet client needs.
Promote a positive image of the service and work as part of an integrated team.
