In this important role, you will help ensure that examinations run smoothly, securely, and fairly, providing students with the calm and supportive environment they need to perform at their best.
You will work closely with our Examinations Officer and wider school team, gaining valuable experience within a professional and caring school setting.
Full training will be provided, and you will be part of a welcoming community that values integrity, teamwork, and dedication.

Avanti Fields School is an all-through, faith-designated (Hindu) state school which welcomed the first intake of Year 7 students in September 2018, and first intake of Nursery and Reception students in September 2022. The school is rapidly expanding and will grow year by year to a full cohort of 1,320. This is an exciting time to join the school as it continues its journey to outstanding.

What will you do?
Support the Examinations Officer with the set-up, organisation, and smooth running of all examination sessions.
Ensure exam materials are distributed correctly and candidate registers, seating plans, and attendance records are accurately maintained.
Supervise candidates throughout examinations, maintaining a calm, secure, and fair testing environment in line with JCQ regulations.
Manage any queries, irregularities, or late arrivals appropriately, following exam procedures at all times.
Collect, collate, and return examination papers securely, ensuring venues are left tidy and ready for the next session.
