Crynodeb
To hold responsibility for own caseload as an autonomous practitioner, working without direct supervision. (Supervision takes the form of regular formal training and clinical reasoning sessions, peer review, or case conferences. Access to RJAH advice and support from senior physiotherapists is available). To perform physiotherapeutic assessment of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions, to provide a diagnosis and develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme to a high standard. To participate in the out of hours on-call service, and to be able to work over a seven-day period.
