Crynodeb
The successful candidate will be expected to learn or carry out varied surgical procedures in line with the UHNM trust polices and procedures. To have the ability to manage time effectively and the ability to use critical thinking to achieve safe effective patient outcomes . To act as a professional role model to the patients and their families using effective communications skills to support best patient outcomes.
