Essential person specification requirements Graduate level qualification or able to demonstrate working at that level/equivalent professional qualification Professional registration with the NMC/HCPC Evidence of continuing professional development Understanding of the Health and Social care management environment and roles and responsibilities within it. Ability to assimilate and co-ordinate various agendas prioritising appropriately.
