Compassionate – communicate well with service users using their chosen methods to support individuality
Observant – monitor & report any changes in health or circumstances of a service user to management
Engaging – support service users to engage in the local community from going shopping to attending events
You’ll need…
Willingness to work towards Level 2 Diploma or above in Health & Social Care
Good understanding of working with individuals with a learning disability and autism
Commitment to providing quality care and support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, compassion and a motivational attitude at all times
A responsible, dedicated and flexible approach to work
Competent IT knowledge and computer skills
No previous experience or qualifications are required. When you join, you’ll receive advanced training from our exclusive Training Academy where you’ll learn how to deliver high quality support.
