Pay: £12.50 per hour


Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 6 months experience in customer services (any setting)

About the Role
G4S Events are currently recruiting experienced Customer Care Representatives to join our existing team at Headingley Stadium, Leeds. If you’re confident, professional, eager to engage with our customers, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!



This role offers flexible work options, making it ideal for those seeking a second job or additional income. You’ll also have opportunities to work at cricket and football matches or music concerts and even some of the biggest events across the UK, if you’re open to travel. We would welcome candidates who already hold a Spectator Safety L2 Certification, however, this is not mandatory, as we will offer this opportunity once you join the team.

As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the visible, friendly face of safety, helping to ensure visitors and staff have a safe and enjoyable experience. The ideal candidate should have clear communication skills, good personal confidence and be well presented.

Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out pre and post event safety checks ensuring compliance with safe working procedures

Greeting, assisting and directing visitors attending the event

Providing a high standard of customer care.

Monitoring visitors / crowd movements and behaviour to identify potential issues or incidents and to take action as necessary

Requirements:
Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service role.

Availability for evenings and/or weekends
