We are seeking a caring, motivated, and experienced Service Leader (Level 2) to oversee 2–3 supported living services across the Southport area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support and empowering individuals to live independently in their own homes.
About the Role
As a Service Leader, you will provide strong, hands-on leadership across multiple services, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate support for individuals with a range of needs, including complex and challenging behaviours. You will play a key role in developing staff, maintaining compliance, and promoting positive outcomes for the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, support, and motivate a team of Support Workers across multiple services
Enable individuals to live independently within their own homes
Oversee care plans, risk assessments, audits, and daily service delivery
Ensure high-quality, person-centred support is consistently delivered
Understand and effectively support individuals with complex or challenging behaviours
Recruit, train, supervise, and develop staff
Be a visible, approachable, and hands-on leader within the services
About You
Previous experience in supported living, social care, or a similar leadership role
Confident leading teams and managing multiple services
Strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding
Able to manage compliance, documentation, and quality standards
Resilient, compassionate, and solutions-focused
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
