Crynodeb
1. To provide clinical leadership within the ICT and Day Patient pathways.2. To provide consultant responsibility for patient care within these pathways.3. To diagnose patients with an ICD10 code at assessment and ensure that these are documented appropriately.4. Participation in the weekly MDT meetings, providing leadership, supervision and consultation for the teams.5. Consultation to other members of the multidisciplinary team regarding the management of risk.6. To attend weekly MDT clinical forum.7. Work with the day patient manager, ICT team lead, and consultant colleagues to manage flow of referrals, assessments, admissions, discharges and waiting lists.8. To provide pre-admission assessment and planning meetings for patients and their families/carers.9. Contribute to CPA/discharge planning meetings as appropriate.10. MHA work including MHA assessments, report writing, tribunals and hearings. Please refer to the attached job description for full details.
