Every young person will be supported with respect, treated as an individual, and cared for in an inclusive, non-discriminatory environment.
We are looking for individuals who are resilient, committed, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Most importantly, you will serve as a positive role model to both the young people you support and your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:

What You’ll Need:
- UK Degree
- 1 year of work experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for helping young people and staying calm under pressure
What We Offer:
- In-house training and ongoing development. Accredited CPD Qualification, received after a successful 6 month probation period. Thereafter will be enrolled on to the NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Holiday pay, sick leave & pension scheme
- Supportive team environment
- Access to staff benefits via Pluxee
- Onsite Parking
