Crynodeb
Deliver high quality, autonomous care to patients within Specialist Palliative Care using advanced clinical assessment and decision making skills. Support and advise complex symptom management for palliative care and end of life patients. Support and mentor junior staff contributing to their development and overall capability of the team. Develop and deliver teaching sessions to team members and wider teams. Actively participate in service improvement initiatives, research, and audit activities to enhance clinical practice and patient outcomes. Ensure safe and effective clinical practice through evidence based care adhering to our professional code of conduct.
