Who Will You Be Supporting?You'll work in a lively registered care home full of activities. Each gentleman has learning disabilities, and some also live with epilepsy. Here's what makes them special:

What Will You Be Doing?- Promoting Independence: Assist with personal care, budgeting, meal prep, and shopping.
- Encouraging Activities: Support outings to the cinema, sensory sessions, and football matches.
- Providing Tailored Care: Offer specialised support, including PEG feeding for one individual.
- Maintaining the Home: Help with housework and meal planning.
- Building Relationships: Work closely with families and team members to create a positive atmosphere.
Shift Patterns- Long Days: 8:00am - 8:00pm
Rotas provided in advance for a healthy work-life balance.
