Job Description: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Telford
Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager for a permanent position at a large home providing elderly nursing and residential care. Our facility boasts a Good CQC rating and is part of a supportive, growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high standards of care.
- Support the Home Manager in maintaining compliance with CQC standards.
- Lead and supervise the nursing and care team.
Requirements:
- Nurse qualified with a current NMC PIN.
- Proven experience in a similar role within elderly care.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and ability to offer longevity to the role.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum
