A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based between Banbury & Chipping Norton for a talented Chef de Partie to work in their award winning country dining pub and restaurant. The kitchen cooks food to 2AA rosette level and prepares meals using fresh, seasonal ingredients. The role is working from Wednesday to Sunday with 3 nights off per week. You will work for a highly trained and supportive Head Chef.
Salary & Benefits
• Salary £31k + 8-9k in tips so £40k package

The Role
• Reporting to and supporting the Head Chef
• Modern kitchen
• Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service
• Using fresh seasonal ingredients to cook to 2AA rosette levels
The Person
• You will already be a Chef in a Restaurant, Hotel or Dining Pub with 2AA rosette level kitchen
• Able to work unsupervised and be confident communicator
• Highly motivated and focused. Positive can do attitude
• Steady Career History
