This is an opportunity to join a busy property and produce meals for high end banqueting, afternoon teas, fine dining and casual dining at the hotel

The Role
• Using finest ingredients including some grown on site in Hotel Gardens
• Working to 2AA rosette level standard
The Person
• Experience ideally to multi AA rosette levels or Michelin in luxury hotel
• Career focused and Team Player.
• Wanting to learn and develop skills under strong Head Chef
