Sous Chef | £15 per hour



This role is suited to an experienced Sous Chef currently working in a professional kitchen, ideally within a care home or similar setting. You will support kitchen leadership, maintain high food standards, and ensure dietary and nutritional requirements are met. The position offers full-time hour £15 per hour, and benefits package.

What You’ll Do



  • Prepare and deliver high-quality meals to a fine dining standard.

  • Support menu planning with a focus on nutrition and dietary needs.

  • Ensure safe management of allergens and special diets.

  • Maintain food hygiene, health & safety, and compliance standards.

  • Support the head chef with daily kitchen operations and supervision.
