Our Out of Hours service plays a vital part in ensuring patients across Surrey receive timely, compassionate and efficient support when they need it most. As a Bank Receptionist, youll be the first point of contact for patients, clinicians and visitors across our Cranleigh, Guildford and Epsom bases, helping to keep the service running smoothly during evenings and weekends. Working across multiple sites, youll provide a calm, professional and welcoming presence, ensuring that every patient interaction reflects our commitment to highquality care. Youll support clinical teams, manage essential administrative tasks and help maintain a safe, organised environment during busy periods. This is a flexible bank role ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced setting, enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
