Summary

Join MacIntyre School as a SEN Learning Support Assistant

We’re looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to join our team and make a lasting impact. You will work closely with students aged 10-19, supporting them 1:1 and in small groups, helping them to grow, learn, and navigate challenging behaviours in a safe and supportive environment.

The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant at MacIntyre, you’ll:

Support students 1:1 and in small groups, helping them manage behaviours and develop life skills.

Work closely with teachers and the wider team to deliver creative, engaging lessons tailored to students’ strengths.

Celebrate every success, from small achievements to major milestones.

Provide consistent, compassionate support during challenging moments, helping students feel safe and understood.
