We’re looking for a reliable and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support for an individual and their friendly dog. This part-time role offers a varied mix of domestic, social, and health-related tasks — perfect for someone who enjoys helping others live more independently while building a positive and trusting relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
Dog Care:
- Comfortable with dogs and willing to walk Cooper or support Reece to do so
- Attend dog training sessions with Reece and Cooper – Cooper is currently being trained to become an assistant dog
- Order Cooper’s food
- Support social outings with Cooper (shops, cafés, etc.)
- Health & Medication:
- Fill weekly medication pots
- Order medications for Reece and Cooper
- Remind Reece to get blood tests one week before his infusion
- Accompany Reece to appointments

Daily Living Support:
- Assist with food shopping and creating shopping lists
- Help prepare meals
- Keep the flat clean and tidy, including:
- Monthly shower drain cleaning
- Cleaning kitchen cupboards
- Shampooing carpets as needed
- Using dishwasher/washing machine cleaner every 3 months
- Laundry and changing bedding
- Social & Community Engagement:
- Help Reece arrange visits with friends
- Support Reece in getting out and about

Other Tasks:
- Assist with basic garden maintenance
- Provide support with understanding and managing finances

About You:
- Friendly, patient, and respectful
- Comfortable around dogs and happy to be hands-on with pet care
- Organised and proactive
- Able to work independently and follow routines
- A driving license is required, however the customer has their own car for the PA to use, however would like encouragement to drive themselves. This is an area of the customers OCD that is preventing them from currently going out in the vehicle.

- Must be comfortable with pets
