Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic growth initiatives and work within a collaborative team environment. The ideal applicant will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, experience in B2C environment with retail background. A background in retail food sector is a plus, along with the ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative strategies to attract new clients.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with senior management to define the product and service offerings in alignment with market trends and customer preferences to ensure there is a consistent brand identity.
Assists in developing comprehensive sales strategies and establishing achievable sales targets.
Engages with clients to understand their needs, conducts customer feedback surveys, and evaluates responses to products, pricing, and presentation.
Collects, monitors, and interprets sales data to inform marketing strategies and supports the planning and execution of promotional campaigns.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing franchisees to ensure consistent brand standards.
Oversees key customer accounts, support clients and ensuring strong relationships.
Prepares detailed reports and strategic recommendations on marketing and sales performance for senior leadership.
Establishing commercial partnerships and agreements that benefit the franchise network.
Monitoring franchise performance, analyzing sales trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
