An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated GP to join North Cumbria Primary Care Ltd (NCPC) working in a salaried role on either a full time or part time basis. This role is based in Carlisle with Eden Medical Group and Warwick Square Group Practice and on occasion will require some travel in Carlisle and throughout North Cumbria, supporting other NCPC practices as necessary. There may also be the opportunity to work remotely supporting NCPC practices. Supported by a strong clinical team led by the Carlisle Locality GP Partner, Dr Joanne Daly, you will play an important part with developing shared ways of working to improve quality and systems across NCPC. You will be motivated with providing outstanding patient care and promote the development of clinical services. Integral to this are the NCPC values embedded within the organisation relating to kindness, respect, ambition and collaboration. NCPC is an innovative not for profit social enterprise, established to create a network of great surgeries which sustains and supports the development of general practice across the local area. We enable our member general practices to continue to operate as local family practices with the benefit of a large and robust infrastructure to provide support to over 100,000 patients. Eden Medical Group and Warwick Square Practice cover 23,000 patients across the city. The clinical teams comprise GP Salaried Partners, Salaried GPs, an experienced cohort of Advanced Nurse Practitioners and a strong nursing team all complimented with management teams within the practice and across the organisation. As training practices we support GP Registrars and FY2 doctors whilst on placement.
