We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join Our ENT waiting list admin team at Castle Hill Hospital.
You will manage the waiting times for patients within the ENT Department to ensure that patients receive their surgery within the national waiting times.
You will also ensure an effective and efficient administrative service is maintained.

To assist in the delivery of the Trust’s Waiting List Policy and in meeting performance targets, quality and activity targets and in ensuring continuous development and maintenance of processes.
You will be able to communicate at all levels, work flexibly and be able to organise and prioritise your own workload.
You will assist in the management of Inpatient Waiting Lists within the ENT Administration Service.
