An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Admin Team Manager The job holder will be responsible for the day to day management and functioning of the administrative and clerical service for Radiology & Imaging The Admin Team Manager will be responsible for the line management of the admin and clerical team to ensure an effective and efficient service is delivered by the team as a whole. The jobholder is responsible for ensuring that patient pathway management processes and co-ordination is managed in accordance with DM01, the Trusts Access Policy and other National/Local targets ie Cancer, RTT The job holder will be responsible for : The job holder will be responsible for the delivery of all key performance measures within their area of responsibility Acting as the lead for managing recruitment, retention and selection of administrative staff including preparation of the appropriate documentation The job holder will be responsible for the monitoring of the Radiology waiting list within the Radiology Information System (CRIS) The job holder will be expected to lead by example in developing a professional set of behaviours to deliver an enhanced service Foster a culture of service innovation and change within their teams Lead their teams in the day to day delivery of their services against agreed service standards Develop and be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive set of Standard Operating Procedures Ensure all staff within their teams are managed appropriately Ensure all staff within their teams have the opportunity to develop and progress and are supported through a robust appraisal process Ensure their service is delivered within budget through efficiency and lean processes
