Summary
Loft installation, Insulation, Ventilation and Damp treatment company needs a Fitter with general on the tools experience.
Due to very high demand we want to expand our successful loft boarding, insulation, ventilation and damp treatment business.
You will need a positive friendly attitude and be ready to deal with customers in their houses.
You will have at least two years general building and carpentry experience and be ready to take your next step to proper responsibility and earnings.
You will learn to to install boarding to a high standard in lofts so that customers can use the space for storage, you will also learn to install the various insulation products, ventilation systems and address issues that are causing damp problems for private customers.
Basic package is £25-£28,000 a year. This will be paid while you are training. When you commence work on your own you will be issued with a company van and all the required equipment and a bonus structure will kick in to bring your earnings in excess of £36,000 a year depending on performance.
You will need a full clean driving licence, a clear CRB record and no history of insurance claims in the last 3 years.
This will be checked during the application process.
