Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented legal secretary/paralegal support to join their busy Residential Conveyancing team in their Knowle office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for property law and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting fee earners with residential property transactions from instruction to completion
Drafting legal documents, preparing contracts, and managing correspondence
Liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders
Conducting searches and reviewing title documentation
Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in residential conveyancing (minimum 6–12 months preferred)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
Familiarity with case management systems and Land Registry processes
