Summary

Our flagship product, SMArt Gen in UK, is a one-stop intelligent platform designed for global Chinese families planning early-age education in the UK. Sales Accounts & Business Development Manager
Location: Oxford, UK
Salary: £40,000–£56,000 per year (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive user acquisition, market penetration, and product adoption, achieving measurable growth targets.
- Develop and expand new partnerships with schools, education organisations, and strategic partners in the UK, Australia, China, Spain, and other markets.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing partner schools and institutions, particularly in the UK and China.
- Lead business negotiations, proposal development, contract structuring, and cross-border project implementation.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and product strategies.

Requirements:
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (English & Chinese), strong cross-cultural capability.
- Proven experience in business development, account management, B2B partnerships, or sales, preferably in education, EdTech, international programs, or cross-border services.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and commercial awareness.
- Ability to travel internationally (2–3 weeks per trip). - Analytical mindset with ability to produce reports and forecasts.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and business presentation tools preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate in a fast-paced global environment.
