Summergil House School is looking for dedicated and passionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting difference, where your skills and energy will help pupils thrive every day.

As a Learning Support Assistant, youll be:
- A SEN Superstar: Champion bespoke learning strategies tailored to pupil needs.
- A Resilience Rock: Use your confidence and positivity to inspire students.
- A Creative Collaborator: Support teachers with lesson planning, activities, and assessments.
- An Empathy Expert: Work patiently with small groups of pupils with complex needs.
- A Relationship Guru: Build strong connections with pupils, families, and colleagues.
- A Positive Vibe Promoter: Encourage positive behaviour and a supportive atmosphere.
- An Independent Innovator: Use creativity to bring learning to life.
- An Avid Adventurer: Help organise fun off-site activities.
- A Care Champion: Support pupils with routines, breaks, and personal care when needed.
What were looking for:
- At least 12 months experience in a similar role.
- A qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent).
- GCSEs in English and Maths.
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication.
Please Note: This position involves working with children in a regulated capacity and requires an Enhanced DBS Check, including a Barred List Check.
