Crynodeb
We are seeking a dynamic Social & Marketing Manager to drive Temu’s brand presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube/Shorts, Pinterest, and X. You will develop and execute channel strategies, create engaging content, and manage campaigns that align with Temu’s flash sales, seasonal promotions, and new product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and execute platform-specific strategies to grow reach, engagement, and conversions on social channels.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with Temu promotions, seasonal peaks, and new product launches.
Define audience segments, brand positioning, tone of voice, and creative pillars to ensure consistent messaging.
Implement and track Temu referral/attribution links to measure performance and inform cross-channel tactics.
Collaborate with Temu operations on inventory, pricing, coupons, and deal timing to maximize ROAS and avoid stockouts.
Partner with design to maintain brand consistency across social media, product listings, storefronts, and ads.
Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken, with the ability to create culturally relevant, professional content for diverse audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for creating compelling, audience-driven content.
Proven experience in social media marketing, digital campaigns, or e-commerce platforms is preferred.
