Where appropriate the post-holder will provide clinical supervision to less experienced staff, in accordance with service needs. Will provide compassionate care that is based on empathy, kindness, respect, and dignity. Contribute to training on a multi-disciplinary basis. Participate in clinical audit and service development within the remit of the post. Work autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the service's policies and procedures. Receive clinical and professional supervision from the senior psychological therapist.
