Crynodeb
- Carry out first-line fault diagnosis and repairs on electrical systems, including lighting, power, security, and emergency systems. - Undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks in accordance with schedules and service standards. - Record all completed work accurately using GMS digital systems (e.g., CAFM, PDA). - Maintain tools and materials safely and report any deficiencies or risks immediately. - Liaise with departments, contractors, and clinical teams to ensure smooth and safe access to work areas. - Follow safe systems of work, including risk assessments and permit to work procedures. - Support other trades and Estates colleagues when required. - Travel across GMS properties as needed to support operational requirements
