Job Title: Project Manager - TPM & FM
Location: Home based (with frequent travel to UK TCFG sites)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until June 2026
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
About the Role
The Compleat Food Group (TCFG) is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Project Manager to drive and deliver
cross-functional transformative projects within our operations. This role requires a confident individual with strong project
management skills, FMCG industry knowledge, and experience influencing and coordinating across Commercial Sales, IT, Finance,
Revenue Growth Management, and Supply Chain teams.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of change and transformation management, organisational capability, and
execution programs, combined with strong IT and analytical skills. You will need to work at pace, manage multiple priorities, and
collaborate effectively with internal teams and third-party partners.
This is a 5-month fixed-term contract with an immediate start. The role is home-based, with travel to TCFG sites across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Management
* Lead end-to-end delivery of the BluePlanner TPM & Futurmaster Demand Planning implementation, including planning, execution,
and go-live support
* Manage cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and external vendors
* Maintain the project plan, RAID log, and delivery milestones
* Coordinate data integration activities between manufacturing ERP systems and BluePlanner
* Drive delivery through Azure DevOps, including backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking
* Oversee data pipelines and integrations using Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF)
* Ensure governance, reporting, and escalation processes are followed
* Support training, user readiness, and change activities through go-live
* Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution
* Work closely with UpClear consultants and internal technology teams
Budget and Resource Management
* Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and controlling costs
* Allocate resources efficiently and identify resource gaps
Post-Project Evaluation
* Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas of improvement
* Document lessons learned and best practices for future projects
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
* Proven experience delivering enterprise systems as a Project Manager within a manufacturing environment
* Strong experience with manufacturing ERP systems (e.g., M3, SAP, Sage, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for project and delivery management
* Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration and extraction
* Experience delivering TPM, pricing, commercial, or finance-related systems (highly desirable)
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to drive delivery in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working in a hybrid business/technical role
* Full driving licence
Desirable Experience
* Previous experience with UpClear BluePlanner, Futurmaster, or similar platforms
* Experience with data migration, master data, and reporting integrations
* Background in FMCG or food manufacturing
Location & Hours
* Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (4:00pm finish on Fridays), 30-minute unpaid lunch break
* Home-based with travel to TCFG sites as required
