The Best Connection is currently recruiting an experienced Fabrication Welder to join a well-established and reputable operation in Birmingham. This is a hands-on role ideal for a skilled welder with a strong engineering background who takes pride in high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities-
MIG and TIG welding

Stick welding

Reading and working from engineering drawings

Fabrication of components to a high standard

Maintaining quality, safety, and workshop standards at all times

Minimum 5 years' welding experience (preferred)

Strong engineering background

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Excellent attention to detail and workmanship

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
