We are looking for a confident Senior Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care at Cygnet Hospital Harrow. You will be expected to work 40 hours a week (days and night shifts) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care. Day shifts - 7:30am - 8pm Night shifts - 7:30pm - 8am. Cygnet Hospital Harrow provides a recovery focused service treating a wide range of mental health problems. We also offer specialist diagnostic, assessment and inpatient services for individuals with mental health needs and who also have a dual diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder - https://www.cygnetgroup.com/locations/cygnet-hospital-harrow/ Your Day-to-Day Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach to all individuals in our care Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way Assist with medical & welfare needs & report as required Support management in the day-to-day running of the service Undertake supervisory & administrative responsibilities Safeguard Maintain a safe and clean environment for all.You are An experienced Support Worker ready to step up to a new challenge Genuinely driven to make a differe nce in peoples lives Confident, assertive & ambitious for yourself, service users & the organisation An excellent communicator & good team player Sensitive & intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment Able to empower & support service user independence Organised, committed & keen to develop your management & leadership skills.Why Cygnet?
