Customer Account Manager £32000 + bonus + Benefits
The role consists of speaking to existing customers taking orders and promoting products on offer. Building relationships and orders.
Working from an existing database you will use a daily call list, study calls for the day and make general plan for each one, reviewing previous orders etc.
Contact Customers to obtain orders for following day, advise of shortages and any relevant delivery information. Ensure no products are dropped and up-sell on new items and items that have not been taken for a while. Up-sell new products to the customers by way of promotions. If items are dropped investigate why, are the prices cheaper elsewhere, is there a quality issue, have they taken the item off their menu etc.
Complete orders accurately to be delivered the following day.
Operate as the lead point of client contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with Key Accounts and Customers
Ensure the timely and successful delivery according to customer needs and objectives
Communicate with Internal departments and Sales Reps to ensure smooth running of Accounts.
Working Monday to Friday,8.30am – 5pm, office based with this vibrant team
