Summary
Factory Cleaner
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Factory Cleaner to help maintain high standards within our client’s production area. This role is based at our client’s premises on the east side of Ipswich and involves working a two-shift operation. Due to the location, own transport is essential.
Duties include:
• Cleaning and mopping floors
• Wiping down workstations, machinery and seating areas
• Disinfecting surfaces using approved cleaning chemicals
• Ensuring the production area remains at a constant cleanliness level while production staff and machinery are in operation
Working Hours:
Two-shift operation, rotating shifts:
o 6:00am – 2:00pm
o 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Pay £12.21 per hour for 40 hours per week
Requirements:
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to follow clean room procedures and safety guidelines
• Own transport essential
• Training and PPE will be provided
